All X-Wrist wearables has a one-year manufacturing warranty that starts on the day you receive it.
If you experience technical difficulties or the product not working as expected, please contact our technical team at email@example.com and we’ll handle the entire replacement process fast, smoothly and cost-free, so you can enjoy the full benefits of X-Wrist, uninterrupted.

If the device has signs of physical damage we cannot refund you the entire sum paid, an offer will be made.

Once we receive the device, we'll issue your refund instantly and, depending on your bank’s processing time, the money will show up on your bank account within 5-10 business days.
Please note that in case of refunds the shipping needs to be covered by you.
Please bear in mind that when you send our products back for warranty or any other issues, they must not have any signs of phisical damage. (It may have scratches, but not hit marks).
Prior to sending the product we require clear photos of it from all 4 sides so we can avoid any misunderstanding of the above requirement.
Upon receipt, we will inspect the item and diagnose the issue. If the defect is covered by the warranty, the item will be repaired free of charge and returned to you at no additional cost. Usually repairs take between 7 to 14 business days (excluding delivery transit time). In some special cases, it could take slightly longer.
